The Canadian Cancer Society’s Smokers’ Helpline is a free, confidential telephone service you can call for easy access to a trained Quit Specialist. They can help you develop a structured “Quit Plan”, answer your questions about quitting, and refer you to services in your community.

Smokers’ Helpline Online is an interactive, web-based service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week offering tips, tools and support to help with quitting smoking. You can also find local cessation support by entering your postal code.
The Driven to Quit Challenge
The Canadian Cancer Society Driven to Quit Challenge encourages Ontario adults to quit smoking for the chance to win a car, as well as other prizes. The Challenge is hosted by the Canadian Cancer Society and brought to you in collaboration with your local public health unit.
