The Canadian Cancer Society’s Smokers’ Helpline is a free, confidential telephone service you can call for easy access to a trained Quit Specialist. They can help you develop a structured “Quit Plan”, answer your questions about quitting, and refer you to services in your community.

Smokers’ Helpline Online is an interactive, web-based service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week offering tips, tools and support to help with quitting smoking. You can also find local cessation support by entering your postal code.

First Week Challenge 

The Canadian Cancer Society’s  First Week Challenge  Contest encourages Ontario adult smokers and tobacco users to quit smoking for one week for a chance to win $500.
